BREATHE, BRACE & RELAX

Home » Breathe, brace & relax

Sports are very much focused on performance, on activation. Your breath can be a very powerful tool to create more tension in the core (brace) to be able to perform a heavy lift or to increase your stamina during an endurance workout.

But to become strong, fast and fit also means being able to relax, surrender to rest and make room for recovery.

Join us for our Breathe, brace & relax workshop where we will teach you how to balance between bracing and relaxing, using your breath as a powerful tool.

The upcoming workshop takes place on:

Saturday, June 8

13.00 – 18.00 hrs.

RTM Lifestyle Gym

Costs: € 75,00 pp.

What others said

“If you want to harness your breath and use it better during sports, but also in your daily life; really do it! It has helped me control my breath more, or be more aware of it’s effect of my high breathing during sports but also outside of it. As a result, it bothers me less and I am less likely to feel nauseous.”
All the aspects of the workshop are very helpful and it’s a wonderful experience to practice with the different types of breathing. After the workshop I felt more secure about lifting heavy weights in the correct way, I felt proud of myself to have conquered the ice bath and I felt inspired for having experienced different emotions just through breathing excercises.”
“The workshop covers important and interesting topics about breathing. It is very well structured and understandable. I have learned a lot new things about breathing.”
