With CrossFit Kids, children learn to work on their own fitness and lifestyle through play. Classes are designed to address specific developmental needs, such as physical and emotional. But above all, we want children to have fun while exercising.
Children get to know their bodies by being made aware of which muscles they activate with which movement. Playing sports strengthens muscles and bones and keeps the body fit and healthy. This contributes to a child’s emotional development because knowing what you are (physically) capable of gives the child self-knowledge and creates self-confidence.
The group size is a maximum of 10 children. This allows each child to continue to receive the individual attention they need while learning what it is like to play sports as a team.
CrossFit Kids has two categories: CrossFit Minis, ages 4 to 7, and CrossFit Kids, ages 8 to 12. Classes take place on Wednesday at 17.45 hrs. (Kids and Mini’s) and Saturday at 11.30 hrs. (Mini’s) and at 12.45 hrs. (Kids).
And parents can train the same hours as their kids!
All classes are taught by certified CrossFit coaches. In addition to providing access to our extensive facilities, memberships also allow Kids to participate in community events.
