Free trial class

Before you become a member with us, we think it is important that you get to know us first, feel and experience the vibe and feel comfortable with us by joining a trial class. All trial classes are scheduled during Sweat Classes.

With all new members we schedule a half hour screening. This allows us to quickly see what skills and moves you have already mastered. The screening is included in all our memberships with a duration of at least 6 months. After a positive screening you can skip the Basics Workshop.

 

Basics Workshop

If you haven’t done CrossFit before then the RTM Basics workshop is the perfect way to introduce you to all the basic movements and skills so you can then safely and responsibly participate in classes. The workshop lasts 3 hours.

The workshop is included in all our memberships with a duration of at least 6 months and mandatory if you have no previous experience with CrossFit.

Memberships

As an RTM member you have access to all group classes (CrossFit, Sweat Classes, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics), open gym areas and may participate in yoga classes, Meditation Nights and free masterclasses. In addition, you are welcome to attend all community events and competitions we host.

All memberships are based on credits. For example, if you have a 2x per week membership, you will have 2 credits to spend each week. If you are not able to use all your credits in one week, you still have one month to use up your unused credits.

2x per week

Whether you are a beginner or have been training for years, exercising 2x per week will build good consistency to stay fit and healthy.

3x per week

Want to see more progress, or perhaps vary between classes? Then a membership for 3x per week is an excellent choice.

€ 105 p/m

4x per week

Is 3x per week just not enough for you and would you like to be able to combine more with, for example, yoga classes, Olympic Weightlifting and open gym as well? Then go for a 4x per week membership.

6x per week

If you are an experienced athlete and know your body well, this is your membership.
Life is a sport!

€ 140 p/m

6x per month

Prefer a little more flexibility in how often and when you train? Then go for a membership where you get 6 credits every month that you can use as you see fit.

2x per week
