A newly concluded membership has a fixed contract period of 3 months. After this period has expired, the membership is automatically renewed for an unlimited period. The membership can then be cancelled with a notice period of 1 month. Termination takes place before the end of the month, which means that the notice period starts on the 1st day of the month following the termination.
For temporary suspension of a membership, we offer a suspension option. Suspension is possible under the following conditions:
RTM will evaluate the request as soon as possible and inform you of the possibilities. During the suspension period the membership fee will be waived. Instead, you will be charged € 20.00 per month. If a suspension period is shorter than 2 weeks, this fee will be charged pro rata. By using the suspension option, a member always retains the right to his/her applicable rate.
It is possible that the next term will still go along with the regular batch. In that case, the overpayment will be settled at the time the membership is reactivated.
Upgrading a membership is possible as of the next day’s effective date. Upgraden is mogelijk binnen de voor jou geldende tariefstelling. The extra credits are available on the effective date of the new membership. The difference in price will be debited at the next payment. Requests or questions about an upgrade can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. For changing a membership we charge a € 5.00 administration fee.
Downgrading a membership is possible from the 1st day of the following month. Downgrading is possible within the pricing applicable to you. Requests or questions about a downgrade can be sent to info email@example.com. For upgrading a membership we charge a 5.00 euro administration fee.
After the expiration of the contract fixed period a membership can be cancelled with a notice period of 1 month. Cancellation is done before the end of the month, which means that the notice period starts on the 1st day of the month following the cancellation. Cancellations can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note! Upon cancellation of the membrship, the right expires to maintain the old rates that may apply to you.
It is not possible to convert a membership or membership credits to a punch card.
Trial classes for children can be requested through email@example.com.
RTM does not sell punch cards for adults. However, punch cards can be purchased for Crossfit Kids classes. For applicable prices, please refer to the overview on the website.
The number of credits credited weekly or monthly depends on your chosen membership type.
Unused credits are automatically converted to extra credits. Catch-up credits are valid for 4 weeks thereafter. This applies only to the subscriptions where new credits are credited weekly and not to the other subscription types where new credits are awarded monthly.
The new credits are active from the effective date of the new membership type.
When planning your training week, SportBit always uses the normal credits first. Extra credits are therefore only used for “extra” scheduled classes.
Go in the main menu in SportBit to Shop – Credits.
You can sign out with keeping your credits to two hours before the start of class. If you sign out within two hours before class, your credit will be seen as used. By signing out in time, you give others a fair chance to take over your spot.
Registration is possible from two weeks before the training starts.
You probably signed out within two hours before the start of the training. If this is not the case, please contact the front desk.
If the class of your choice is full, you have the option to sign up for the waiting list. In the unlikely event that a fellow athlete is unable to attend and thus signs out, the people on the waiting list will get the first opportunity to train.
Up to two hours before the start of class, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically enrolled when a spot becomes available. If you have the SportBit app notifications turned on you will receive a push notification when you sign up. You will always receive an email of registration confirmation. So, when you sign up for the waiting list, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on this. Otherwise, it could cost you a credit unnecessarily.
If you are on the waiting list and a spot becomes available within two hours before the class starts, you will receive an email and possibly a notification through SportBit asking you to claim the spot. Are there more people on the waiting list? Then this message will be sent to everyone. Whoever claims the spot first will be signed in in the respective class.
At RTM we find the quality of your movements very important. On the one hand because this way you stay injury free, on the other hand because this way you get the most out of your training. n our WOD’s and Weightlifting classes you will find movements that require some basic knowledge in order to safely participate in the classes. To keep the level of our classes high, we have therefore created the RTM Basics Workshop. When you become a member at RTM, you are invited to participate in this three-hour workshop where we teach you the basics of CrossFit.
Yes, our Sweat Classes and Yoga classes are open to everyone. That doesn’t mean that we won’t encourage you to take the workshop. Experience shows that this way you get the most out of your workouts and stay injury free.
The physio is located on the second floor.
Physiotherapy is not included in the membership. However, reimbursement from the health insurance company is often possible. The physio can tell you more about this.
