Lifestyle Coaching.
A PT concept which goes beyond only training in the gym. With lifestyle coaching we will also focus on your day-to-day routine, nutrition, sleep habits, stress management, mindfulness, a.o.
‘But what if I only want to focus on certain techniques, or create strength and/or stamina?’
No worries, you set the goal and we will help you get there.
After years of offering only group classes our members showed a growing need for more one-on-one coaching. Bringing together all the ingredients for a long-lasting improvement in your overall lifestyle resulted in the concept of lifestyle coaching.
The very basics of lifestyle coaching is focused on the physical body becoming stronger, fitter and faster (we are a gym after all). But as a lifestyle gym we think your wellbeing (from a holistic perspective) is equally important. To work on specific individual needs, personal training is the perfect concept to go for. Before you start we’ll do an intake to discuss your lifestyle and/or training goals.
Performance is for a great deal determined by your nutrition habits. We therefore offer nutrition coaching as an optional upgrade to your lifestyle coaching package.
Ever thought of how your day-to-day routines and habits effect your training performance ánd overall wellbeing? Like your sleep pattern, how you deal with stress, what you do to relax and release, etc.

The process is as follows:
1. Fill in the intake form here.
2. To add nutrition to your PT coaching, fill in this form.
3. After we received your input we will plan a meeting to go over your intentions and goals and will go through the intake form.
4. Now we’re ready to take off and can start planning your sessions!
€ 75,00 incl. BTW. This includes a full movement screening, goal setting, lifestyle evaluation and body measurements.
€ 65,00 per hour – RTM member rate
€ 75,00 per hour – non-RTM member rate
€ 20,00 per week – RTM member rate
€ 25,00 per week – non-RTM member rate
Nutrition coaching 30 minutes – € 30,00
Nutrition and macro recommendation – € 100,00 for the program plus € 30,00 per coaching session
PT sessions will be planned during regular opening hours at RTM plus the lunch hours (when the gym is officially closed).

Osveh was born and raised in Iran and started at a young age building her way up to a knowledge-based career in health and fitness. This resulted in being a fitness enthusiast for 20+ years with 13 years of experience in coaching individuals and group-based classes, having owned her own gym for 7 years and having had over 100 clients.
Osveh is CrossFit and OPEX CCP certified and specialized in program design particularly for individuals to help them improve their fitness level. Nutrition is an interesting topic to her as well, so she tries to keep her plate healthy and nutritious.
Show her some all-in dedication to your goal and she’ll repay you with a lot of creativity, commitment and responsibility. Helping people to be healthy and strong is her lifetime goal.
There’s CrossFit gymnastics, working on your handstand push-ups, toes to bar and pull-ups, and there’s gymnastics, working on your balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. If you’re up to the second one, and really want to improve your gymnastic skills, then let us introduce coach Dimitris Papakonstantinou.
Dimitris is in his early thirties and from Greece. He has a Bachelor and Master in Physical Education and Sports Science backed up with a lot of years of experience as a Gymnastics and Acrobatics coach, where he earned several golden medals in Acrobatics Competitions. Artistic Gymnastics is his sport.
His coaching programs are based on gymnastics, calisthenics and working with bodyweight. He can also help you with a rehabilitation plan. Dimitris’ coaching style is both friendly as professional and seeing his clients reach their goals gives him great fulfillment.
So, if you want to learn real gymnastics, and want to become really good at it, coach Dimitris is your coach.

Coach Bryan stepped into the world of personal training in 2018 and never looked back since. Besides holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration his greatest source of education come from his hands-on experience. Currently he’s doing a fast-track physiotherapy course to be able to offer recovery support and injury-related guidance in the future as well. His multi-faceted expertise in calisthenics, physiotherapy, fitness and nutrition will for sure help you create a healthier, happier life.
When training with coach Bryan expect comprehensive personal training and lifestyle coaching. His goal is to help you create a lasting positive impact, fostering change across all aspects of your life. His focus is to understand your individual needs to create a training plan. Teaching you something you haven’t experienced before and introducing you to new exercises and movements he founds incredibly rewarding.

Every body works in a certain way; no body is the same. Becoming fit and healthy requires you to understand your body and how it functions, from how you’re physically built to certain habits and behavior. If you want to reach your next level of fitness from a deeper understanding in training, then coach Lawrence Cross is your match.
Coach Lawrence is very versatile when it comes to experience and expertise. He’s been a top swimmer in his younger years and transitioned into fitness which he has been doing for over 13 years now. This has inspired him to learn more about muscle movement through which he gained a lot of knowledge ever since. He’s into CrossFit for 5 years now and coaching the sport for 3 years. His current goal is to complete a marathon and an Ironman triathlon.
Coach Lawrence has a lot of patience with his clients because change is not done overnight. But he will put them up for a challenge to see how far their limits can stretch. Whether it’s losing weight, getting stronger or gaining muscles; helping people to become more healthier and happier is what gives him joy.
Coach Juan Ortega has been into lifestyle coaching for almost 10 years. After suffering from many injuries himself and the effect on his lifestyle (gaining weight, feeling depressed), he decided to look for an effective way to drastically and permanently change his lifestyle in a holistic way. This resulted in a concept in which he has been successfully coaching clients for years.
Within RTM Lifestyle Gym coach Juan is appointed as Manager PT. He’s responsible for the PT coaches’ team and the daily operations. His experience and expertise have been the foundation for setting up lifestyle coaching within RTM Lifestyle Gym.
