You will need strength,mobility and technique for Olympic weightlifting. It might look easy for experienced lifters, but without the correct basic knowledge of weightlifting, it is easy to make mistakes that can result in injuries.


During our CrossFit classes you will be lifting heavy weights often. When you repeatedly use incorrect form you will most likely teach yourself incorrect movement patterns. 

During our Olympic weightlifting classes we focus mainly on perfect form so that you will be able to get the best results. 


The better your techniek is, the more weight you can move and the longer you will be able to perform the movement. Proper form and execution is therefore extra important. We don’t want you to get caught up in blasting through a WOD with the chance of getting injured.
That’s why we offer multiple barbell classes to increase your skill level.
